A comfortable cottage in the beautiful rural surrounds of mid Wales. Situated in the hamlet of Nantmel, 4 miles from Rhayader, Dolwen is a lovely all ground floor bungalow set in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms, as well as a shower room (which is accessed from the hall and double bedroom), and a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area, a utility room, a comfortable sitting room with an open fire, and a spacious sunroom. There is an enclosed wildlife garden to rear and side of the property that includes an unfenced pond and a front lawn supplied with a patio and garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is dedicated off road parking for four cars. The nearby Elan Valley offers great walking and excellent mountain biking paths. Dolwen is a charming bungalow, which offers a cosy home from home at any time of year.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, drinks refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, library of books, games and cards. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Travel cot. There is private parking space for 4 cars. Enclosed wildlife garden to rear and side of property with unfenced pond. Front lawn with patio and garden furniture. Fruit garden. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Please Note: Unfenced pond in garden, children to be supervised at all times. The small town of Rhayader has shops, pubs, restaurants and tearooms, plus a Red Kite Feeding Station is set on the edge of the town. Visits to Builth Wells, the stunning Elan Valley and Llandrindod Wells are essential.
