Garth Barns - Llanidloes,

Garth Barns (Hafod and Ty Nant) are luxury self catering barns which can be booked separately or together for larger groups. The barns have been designed for celebrations and parties for families and friends.  Stag weekends with activities are popular too! 

The barns are part of Garth Farm, 240 acres of hill, fields, woodland and dingle, with a private lake for boating and swimming during warm weather, wildlife pools and spectacular views. Excellent walking country.  Good birdwatching.  Owls, woodpeckers, buzzards, nuthatches, woodcock and redstarts are resident and red kites, ducks and swans are regular visitors. 

There is a well equipped gym and sauna.  WiFi broadband internet access.  Sky+ Movies and Sport.

Hafod and Ty Nant Barns enjoy a peaceful location in beautiful countryside. Some of the best walking country is on your doorstep. The friendly, thriving market town of Llanidloes is just 2 miles away with its cafes, pubs and interesting shops. Clywedog reservoir is nearby with sailing, fly fishing and more great walking. Hafren Forest, Yamaha Off Road Experience (courses for off road motorcycling, adults and children, beginners and experienced), Mid Wales Shooting Centre, Mount Severn Activity Centre.

Travel: Caersws Railway Station

Good places to visit: Centre for Alternative Technology, Machynlleth (30 mins), Powis Castle and Gardens (40 mins), Glansevern Gardens (30 mins) and Portmeirion (90 mins) are good places to visit. Or just climb a mountain!
