Located close to the village of Llangynog and 15 miles from Bala and Oswestry, The Stable is a stone built, semi-detached barn conversion set on the owner's land. The property is suitable for up to 5 people and has 2 bedrooms: one king-size double (which can be made into a twin on request) and one single, as well as a sofa bed in the sitting room. On the ground floor there is a shower, and on the first floor, a basin and WC. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area and a cosy first floor sitting room, which hosts the sofa bed and also has an electric fire. A gravelled seating area is supplied with furniture and a BBQ and between May and the end of September guests can benefit from shared use of a hot tub. There is off road parking for 2 cars. There’s wonderful walking from the doorstep and the magnificent Snowdonia National Park is close by. The North Wales coast is a short drive away with its wonderful beaches. The Stable is a delightful cottage, which is perfect for couples or small groups throughout the year.
This self catering cottage has full oil central heating with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. TV/DVD with Freeview, CD. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Bike storage. Gravelled seating area with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared (with other cottage on site) use of hot tub available by arrangement with owner 1st May - 1st Oct at £5 per session, payable direct to owner. Two well behaved pets welcome - must be kept on a lead while outside property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles. Pub 2 miles. Please Note: Private water supply.
