Full The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from a woodburner in the sitting room. In the kitchen there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, small library of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 1 small car, plus ample parking in FOC car park 50 yards from cottage. Enclosed lawned garden and courtyard area with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 minutes' walk. Please Note: There are stone steps up to the lawned garden. Please Note: This cottage is next to a quiet road, so some traffic noise may be heard. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The village of Llangattock is situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Llangattock has good pubs and a church. Just a mile away is the town of Crickhowell. This town has many amenities including a bakers, butchers, tea rooms and gift shops. Explore the Brecon Beacons on foot or enjoy pony trekking or a ride on the steam railway.
