A Welsh cottage nestled by dense woodland in the Powys countryside. Situated next to a river two miles from the rural farming village of Llanbrynmair, 2 Llawrcoed Isaf is a charming, 400 year old, stone built, semi-detached cottage. The property can sleep up to 4 people and has two bedrooms: one double and one twin as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen served by an oil fired Rayburn and incorporating a dining area, and a comfortable sitting room with an open fire. There’s plenty of outdoor space with lawned front and rear gardens, a pond, table and chairs and BBQ, as well as patio seating areas next to the property and down by the river side. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Two well behaved pets are welcome at the cottage. 2 Llawrcoed Isaf is perfect for families and walkers who wish to discover this wonderful area.
You are also just 13 miles from the North Wales market town of Machynlleth with its shops, art galleries pubs and cafes.

Oil central heating powered by Rayburn in kitchen, additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room. Electric two ring hot plate and worktop microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Sky, DVD, CD/radio, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
There is private parking space for 2 cars.
Lawned front garden. Lawned rear garden with pond, furniture and barbecue. Patio seating areas next to property and by river. Summer house for mountain bikes. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, and pub with food 2.5 miles. Please Note: Children and pets must be supervised due to the pond and river.
Please Note: This cottage is accessed down a steep drive - this can become slippery in icy and snowy weather and should not be used to avoid accidents.
Llanbrynmair is a small Powys hamlet set in beautiful hilly countryside. Walks include the Dylife Gorge with stunning views. The Brecon Beacons lie to the south of Powys and Snowdonia to the north west. Llanbrynmair is a village set close to Carno and Machynlleth in North Wales. Carno has a Roman fort and Machynlleth is a small market town with shops, pubs, cafes, a museum and two art galleries.
