• Full oil central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. TV with Freesat, DVD, WiFi.

• There is private parking space for 2 cars. Bike storage.
• Enclosed side garden with gravel seating area, sloping lawn, furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2.5 miles.

Knighton is a small attractive town on the Welsh English borders. There is a park with a shallow river running through woodland where children can paddle, also a playpark and games area. The town has a few interesting independent shops, a curiosity shop, George and the Dragon Pub and a historic clock tower. Surrounding Knighton is stunning countryside, really pretty country lanes with plenty of wild flowers - photographers would have a field day. The Offa's Dyke walking trail passes through Knighton plus there are numerous other walks and footpaths for less challenging rambles.
