Glanhenwye is situated near Hay, the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons in the tranquil Wye Valley. The main house shares a cobbled courtyard with Yellowdrama, Jessica and Margaux Rose. Glanhenwye is set in five acres of grounds providing space and privacy for each cottage. The surrounding area offers beautiful views of the fields, mountains and the river Wye with excellent walks and outdoor activities available in the area. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs nearby and the quaint market town of Hay has bookstores, boutiques, art and antique shops amongst the village stores.

The outbuildings at Glanhenwye, dating back from the mid nineteenth century, were converted from the original barns and stables into a unique set of modern cottages but they still retain their authentic feel and features. Their interiors are stylish, spacious and designed to spend memorable times in.
Jessica sleeps 6 in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is one family bathroom and one en-suite bathroom. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are downstairs and there is a terrace for al-fresco dining.
Margaux Rose sleeps 8 in 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are upstairs in a large open plan room.
Yellowdrama sleeps 6 in two double bedrooms and a family room. The very large bedroom upstairs in en-suite and has a four poster bed. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are combined in one room which will accommodate a dining table for twenty for large parties.
There is a B&B room available in the main house to provide additional accommodation when required. Shopping, reservations etc. we can do before your arrival should you wish and catering can be organized to take the pressure of your designated cook.
