A stunning 7 bedroom barn stands in the depths of the countryside in Aberhafesp near Newtown, in Powys, Wales. This self-catering barn has a swimming pool, hot tub and accommodates up to 14 guests. There are some welcome features for a large group such as the cinema room, 52in TV with a full Sky package and sauna. A group of up to fourteen people could have a wonderful time here. It might suit a family group or a get-together of some sort to celebrate a special milestone on life.

The brick barn building is partially timber clad and sits nicely within a rural setting. Inside are big practical rooms, sensibly floored in wood or tiles. On the first floor is a big open plan kitchen dining room and sitting room features a vaulted ceiling with roof trusses under the eaves.

The seven bedrooms are on the ground floor, each has been given a personal touch and all are quite individual.

This is a lovely house to rent for a special holiday in mid Wales. The heating is eco-friendly with a turbine used to produce electricity. There is ample parking and baby equipment can be made available by arrangement soon after booking.

The owner of this holiday home has a keen interest in eco-friendly technolofy and alternaive fuel sources. Guests may wish to visit the Machynlleth Centre for Alternative Technology 28 miles away.

The village of Newtown is just over 4 miles away and somewhere to go for supplies, pub meals and entertainment.
