Situated just five miles from the seaside resort town of Pwllheli in North Wales, Penllyn is a terraced cottage in a small development of holiday cottages on a working farm. The cottage is suitable for up to 8 people and has one twin bedroom, and two family bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms). The cottage also includes an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area. It's just the place for a country cottage holiday with your nearest and dearest. There's plenty of space for outside activity on site, with a common front courtyard area and shared use of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, a gym, an indoors game room (with a table tennis, darts and a kids pool table) and an outdoor children's play areas (with swings, a sandpit, and an array of toys). Also on site are a ponytrekking centre and a fishing lake offering more leisure opportunities. Outside the cottage off-road parking is available for four cars. With beaches nearby and wonderful Welsh countryside, including Snowdonia National Park, to explore there's a multitude of things to do. Perfect for a family holiday, Penllyn is one of a group of four cottages that together can sleep up to 25 people.

Electric heaters throughout with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD. Electricity by £1 coin meter. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair available. There is private parking space for 4 cars or boats. Shared front courtyard area, private rear patio and lawned area with furniture. Shared outdoor children's play area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool with hot tub, tennis court, gym and games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis and darts. Two well behaved dogs welcome (to be kept on a lead at all times). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 10 minutes' walk. Please Note: This cottage can be booked with refs 5438, 5439 and 6792 and together they accommodate 25 people. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Pwllheli is a town on the Lleyn Peninsula renowned for its stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses. It offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for its sailing and watersports.
