A group of award winning luxury cottages, 3 of which are 5*****, (with 9 not yet graded) Converted from stone farm buildings, we provide a small and intimate leisure complex with an indoor pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, family bikes, Games Room with soft play areas for the smaller folk, 54" screen and DVD, Play-Station2, snooker, table-tennis and darts. The cottages are of varying sizes, sleeping from 2 person up to 8, making them ideal for romantic weekends or a venue for a larger group holidaying together. Reduced charges at 4 local Golf Clubs

Each cottage is equipped with all essentials for a relaxing holiday including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and video, hair dryer. Electricity heating, bedding, 2 towels per person, introductory summer barbecue, and use of all leisure facilities are included in the price.

The location is perfect for walking, cycling and sightseeing. If you wish to play golf, there are 7 golf courses within 20 miles. Wonderful clean sandy beaches and coves are a short walk or drive away. Snowdonia with spectacular mountain scenery, and the railway to the summit of Snowdon, is 20 miles away. The cottages are pet-friendly with a small extra charge for dogs.

2 miles from the coast, 13 miles from Swdonia, many interests are catered for. Try bird watching, hill, forest and coastal walks, golfing, climbing, sea, river and coarse fishing. Take a shot at water sports. Sailing, canoeing, surfing, skin diving, or relaxing on one of the numerous safe, sandy beaches, on the 50 mile Lleyn coast, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visit Towyn Beach on the Lleyn Peninsula, Porthysgaden Bay, Caernarfon and Castle, Abersoch, Cricieth, Portmadog, Portmeirion Italianate Village, the Llechwedd slate mines, the Ffestiniog Railway.
