Active families will love this Welsh cottage on the wonderful west coast, near to Snowdonia National Park. Situated just five miles from the seaside resort town of Pwllheli in North Wales, Eifionydd is a spacious terraced cottage in a small development of holiday cottages on a working farm. The cottage is suitable for up to 8 people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and two bedrooms with bunk beds (all with ensuite bathrooms). The cottage also has a large open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a comfy sitting area and a dining area. Budget conscious families will find that self catering is the most cost effective way of taking the family on holiday. There's plenty of space for outside activity on site, with a common front courtyard area and shared use of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, a gym, an indoors game room (with a kids pool table, table tennis and darts) and an outdoor children's play areas (with a sandpit, swings and an array of toys). Also on site are a pony trekking centre and an angling lake offering more leisure opportunities. Outside the cottage off-road parking is available for four cars. With beaches nearby and wonderful Welsh countryside to explore there's a multitude of things to do. Perfect for a family holiday, Eifionydd is one of a group of four cottages that together can sleep up to 25 people.

Electric heaters throughout with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD. Electricity by £1 coin meter. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair available. There is private parking space for 4 cars or boats. Shared front courtyard area, private rear patio and lawned area with furniture. Shared outdoor children's play area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool with hot tub, tennis court, gym and games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis and darts. Two well behaved dogs welcome (to be kept on a lead at all times). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 10 minutes' walk. Please Note: This cottage is wheelchair friendly. Please Note: This cottage can be booked with refs 5438, 5440 and 6792 and together they accommodate 25 people. Pwllheli is a long established seaside town with plenty of facilities for all ages. It is impossible to be bored during your holiday, enjoy the beaches, boat trips along the coast, days out in Snowdonia and visiting the tourist attractions this area of north Wales offers. A day out in Anglesey is easily achievable if you have a car.

Pwllheli is a town on the Lleyn Peninsula renowned for its stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses. It offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for its sailing and watersports.
