A Welsh cottage that's ideal for an active family holiday. Located five miles from the resort town of Pwllheli in North Wales, Deri Cottage is an end terraced cottage in a small development of holiday cottages on a working farm. The cottage is suitable for 5 people and has one double bedroom and one family bedroom (both with ensuite bathrooms). The cottage also includes a well equipped fitted kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with a dining area. The site offers great leisure facilities with a common front courtyard area and shared use of facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, a gym and children's play areas (with pool table, snooker table, table tennis and darts). The owners run a pony trekking centre from the site offering opportunities for riding out along the beach. With so much to do this cottage is likely to appeal to family groups. Two well behaved dogs are welcome (check details for terms related to pets). Outside the cottage there is dedicated off road parking for two cars. A short drive provides easy access to Pwllheli, Criccieth, Abersoch and Porthmadog and the North Wales countryside. Snowdonia National Park also offers more outside activity and fantastic scenery nearby. Deri Cottage is one of a group of four cottages that together sleep 25 people, so you can expand out of necessary.

Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair available. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Shared front courtyard area, private rear patio and lawned area with furniture. Shared outdoor children's play area. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool with hot tub, tennis court, gym and games room with pool table, snooker table, table tennis and darts. Two well behaved dogs welcome (to be kept on a lead at all times). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 10 minutes' walk. Please Note: This cottage is wheelchair friendly. Please Note: This cottage can be booked with refs 5439, 5440 and 6792 and together they accommodate 25 people. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Pwllheli is a town on the Lleyn Peninsula renowned for its stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses. It offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for its sailing and watersports.
