This charming Welsh country cottage is grade II listed and provides a wonderfully welcoming period holiday home combining original features with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Located in the small village of Abererch, close to Pwllheli, 19 Post Office Terrace is a delightful stone built cottage. The property sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms: a double, a single and a twin, as well as a sofa bed in the sitting room, and a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area and breakfast bar. A cosy sitting room with a gas wood burner-style stove. A rear patio garden is provided with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. 19 Post Office Terrace is great for a coastal family holiday, with easy access to Pwllheli and the wonderful Llyn Peninsula. Snowdonia National Park and the Isle of Anglesey provide more fantastic landscape to explore a short dive away.

Full The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from gas woodburner-style stove. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine in external utility, dishwasher, 42” wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview, CD/radio, selection of games and CDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Roadside parking. Storage for bikes. Rear patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Beach 15 minutes' walk. Bus stop 2 minutes' walk. Please Note: Low front door height. Abererch is on the lovely Llyn Peninsula in north Wales. It is a small village that is just over 2 miles north east of the large seaside town of Pwllheli on Cardigan Bay. This is a beautiful area, views of the Snowdonia mountain range are never far away. The gently shelving sandy beach at Pwllheli is backed by sand dunes and the town offers everyhting that one would expect from a family oriented seaside resort. There are numerous eateries, shops selling buckets and spades, inflatables and other items for a family fun-filled beach holiday. North Wales remains ever popular for family seaside breaks and the scenery is unbeatable.

Pwllheli is a town on the Llyn Peninsula renowned for its stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses. It offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and a marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for its sailing and watersports.
