Bryn Melyn Studio is situated 1.5 miles from the village of Llanelltyd, 4 miles from Dolgellau and Barmouth. This all ground floor cottage is an open-plan studio with two single beds, sitting area and dining area. This cottage also has a separate shower room and a separate fitted kitchen. Outside, this cottage has a raised patio area with furniture and BBQ. There are plenty of activities and places to see nearby, which makes Bryn Melyn Studio ideal accommodation.

Storage heater with additional heating from electric fan heater in sitting area. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator. TV with Freesat, stereo/CD. Electricity included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Raised patio area with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 10 minutes' walk. Shops 4 miles. Please Note: As this property is next to a road, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The village of Llanelltyd is set between the town of Dolgellau and the coastal resort of Barmouth. Dolgellau is situated close to the imposing Cader Idris mountains and the sea and offers shops, pubs and restaurants. The sandy beaches at Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey are ideal to visit for a fun day out. This area has something for everyone.
