Located within a residential area of Harlech in North Wales, Ty Mari is a detached cottage in an elevated position with stunning sea views. The property can sleep up to 10 people and has five bedrooms, which are comprised of one 2nd floor 'loft' twin bedroom, one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, two additional double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. This country cottage is spacious enough to give every member of the family some personal space. The accommodation is also comprised of a fitted kitchen with breakfast area, a comfortable extra sitting area, a utility room, a dining room with arch into the living room and a second floor reading room. There are more opportunities to enjoy the wonderful coastal aspect outside of the cottage where there is a small, front lawned garden, and a large rear patio/decked garden with furniture and BBQ. This cottage with a large garden is likely to appeal to family groups. There is dedicated off-road parking for up to 2 cars. A short drive will open up many of the amazing local attractions from Discover the Snowdonia National Park, the area's fascinating castles and the famous Italianate village at Portmeirion. Ty Mari is perfect as a family holiday home away from home in a wonderful area.

Garage for boats, bikes etc. Small, front lawned garden. Large rear patio/decked garden with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Harlech's amenities 1 mile. Beach and golf course 2 miles. Please Note: There are 17 steps down from car parking level to front and rear doors, therefore this property is not suitable for the infirm or less mobile. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The town of Harlech is dominated by a 13th century castle, and is home to some good quality restaurants. Close to the town golfers will enjoy the Royal St. David's course, and long walks can be enjoyed along the sandy beach. Snowdonia National Park and the beaches of Cardigan Bay are nearby and provide stunning views and beautiful scenery.
