A delightful period Welsh country cottage. Bryn Myfyr is a lovely detached cottage in the small village of Gwynfryn in North Wales. This property sleeps up to 5 people and has 3 bedrooms: two double rooms and one single room as well as a good-sized family bathroom. The living accommodation is comprised of a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room furnished with an electric stove. A patio are to the front of the cottage is provided with outdoor furniture. There is off road parking for 1 car. Positioned on the borders of Denbighshire and Flintshire, the cottage has excellent views of the Wrekin Mountains. Walkers and cyclists are spoilt for choices with paths and tracks through the valley. Bryn Myfyr makes an ideal holiday home.

Full oil central heating, with additional heating from electric stove in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD. Library of books, DVDs and games. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Front patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 15 minutes' walk. Please Note: Low door height in one of the double bedrooms. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The small village of Gwynfryn is in North Wales and has access to excellent walking routes. The market town of Mold is only 8 miles away and the town of Ruthin is 12 miles away. The historic city of Chester is also closeby, plus further afield is the Snowdonia National Park.
