Located in the village of Ganllwyd, near Dolgellau, Bryn Cemlyn is a large Victorian house overlooking the River Mawddach, and the Coed-y-Brenin Forest beyond. This spacious property sleeps up to 12 people and contains five bedrooms: on the second floor is a room with double bed, single bed and en-suite shower, and also a twin room, while on the first floor there is a double, another double with an en-suite shower, and a room with a king-size double, a single bed and 'Jack-and-Jill' access to one of the 'family' bathrooms with corner bath and shower cubicle. The house also includes a second main bathroom, and two additional WCs, one on the ground floor. The generous proportions continue downstairs where there is a well-equipped fitted kitchen including a Newood cooking range, a large dining room and a spacious living room. The basement of the building includes a utility room, and a games room supplied with a pool table, table tennis and darts. An outdoor seating area is supplied with furniture and a BBQ, providing an excellent place for dining outside while enjoying the forest views. There is off-road parking for up to 4 cars and ample bicycle storage in the cellar. With the raft of indoor entertainments, the mountain bike and walking trails of the forest on the doorstep, and the rest of Snowdonia and the coast within easy reach, Bryn Cemlyn makes an ideal base for large groups looking for something special.Full oil central heating, electric fire in the living room.
