All electricity included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot available. Pottery classes available in the owner’s workshop, by prior arrangement. There is private parking space for 1 car. Bike storage. Patio garden with furniture and views towards sea and Llyn Peninsula. One dog welcome - please keep on lead as cattle and sheep on farm next door. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, Post Office, pub and beach 0.7 miles. Please Note: 3 steps up to front door, steep steps up to bedroom and also because of hillside location, this cottage is not recommended for the infirm. Please Note: This property is accessed via a 200 metre uneven track. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fairbourne is a village in the Snowdonia National Park, which nestles between the Cambrian Mountains and Barmouth Bay. This coastal village sits beside a sandy beach, perfect for family fun and watersports and is also home to the Fairbourne nature reserve. The resort town of Barmouth, with its pubs, restaurants and beautiful beach, is only a 30 minute walk away along The Bar, a strip of land along which the Fairbourne steam railway runs.
