Located two miles from the village of Dyffryn Ardudwy and close to Harlech and Barmouth, Caerffynnon is a delightful stone-built, semi-detached cottage. This property sleeps up to 6 people and has 4 bedrooms: two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen, a dining room and a cosy sitting room with electric fire. One well-behaved pet is welcome to join you. The front lawned garden is provided with furniture and there is off road parking for 2 cars. Caerffynnon is nestled between The Rhinogs Mountains, and the golden beaches of the North Wales coastline and offers excellent access to Snowdonia National Park. It makes a great base for groups of friends or families to discover this superb part of Wales.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, library of books. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Front lawned garden with furniture. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Please Note: Water supply is from a fully tested local borehole. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Dyffryn Ardudwy is a charming village, which offers shops and a pub. Just four miles away is the town of Harlech with its 13th Century castle, golf course and restaurants. Close by is Barmouth where you can catch a ferry to Fairbourne, plus the Snowdonia National Park is worth exploring.
