This Welsh country cottage offers an excellent base for discovering North Wales. Located in the market town of Dolgellau in the stunning Snowdonia National Park, Tawelfans is a charming, detached holiday cottage. The property can accommodate up to 8 people and has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, (one with an en-suite shower room) as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor family shower room. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen, a utility room, a sitting room incorporating a dining area and a conservatory with great rural views. A lawned garden to the rear of the property includes a large patio, summerhouse and pond and is ideal for relaxing in. There is off road parking for up to 3 cars and a garage suitable for bicycle storage. Being situated between the Cader Idris mountain range and the sea, the area offers a range of leisure opportunities. Cyclists are well served by tracks including the Mawddach bike trail, while walkers will be sure to head up into Snowdonia National Park’s many paths. There’s sure to be something to suit everyone in your party.

Full The cottage has efficient gas central heating with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, stereo/CD/radio. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Child friendly cottage, travel cot and highchair provided. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Garage for bikes etc. Lawned garden to rear with large patio, summer house, pond and mountain views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. All of Dolgellau's town centre amenities are a 10 minute walk down hill. Please Note: Unfenced pond in garden is approx. 2ft deep, children to be supervised at all times. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Dolgellau is a market town in the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park and boasts shops, pubs and restaurants. The area surrounding Dolgellau is a walkers and cyclists haven, plus the sandy beaches at Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey are close by. Dolgellau is a wonderful location at any time of year.
