Situated in the centre of the seaside resort village of Criccieth, Min Y Traeth is a lovely, detached cottage with lovely sea, beach and castle views. The property sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms: one double (with an en-suite shower room), two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. The cottage also includes an additional ground floor basin and WC, as well as a fitted kitchen, a dining room with doors to the garden and a sitting room with gas fire. A lawned garden with a gravelled patio area supplied with furniture is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. There is off road parking for one car, with additional roadside parking outside the property. A garage suitable for the storage of mountain bikes and canoes is also available. The cottage is in a fantastic location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with the attractions of Portmeirion, the Ffestiniog Railway and the castles of Criccieth and Caernarfon all nearby. This cottage is a great place to stay at any time of year
The cottage has efficient gas central heating, additional heating from a gas fire in the sitting room. Double The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 42” flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. There is private parking space for 1 car with additional roadside parking outside. Garage for mountain bikes or canoe storage. Lawned garden with gravelled area and furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and Criccieth Castle 2 minutes' walk. Beach 1 minutes' walk. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone.
