Pentwr is a stone-built 4 bedroom detached self catering farmhouse near Caernarfon in North Wales sleeping up to 9.  This self catering cottage enjoys a rural, isolated position just 2 miles from the coast and 8 miles from Caernarfon. 

This cottage offers good quality, spacious accommodation.  There is a sitting room with inglenook and woodburner for cosy nights in, a kitchen/dining room complete with the original oil fired Rayburn, four bedrooms, bathroom with roll top bath and WC.    In terms of the bedrooms, there is one double, one twin, 1 family room and 1 double which has ensuite facilities.  There is plenty of parking space. 

To the front of the cottage there is an enclosed lawned garden complete with orchard and patio area.  From the garden you can look out on the beautiful Welsh countryside towards the coast.   This holiday home is set in a delightful country position with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling not too far away.  If you are looking for a rural retreat with both coast and country nearby, this cottage may appeal to you.   The North Western edge of the Snowdonia National Park is within relatively easy reach and there are a number of beaches within a 2 miles radius as well as at the Isle of Anglesey.   The nearest pub is 2 miles away in Clynnog Fawr.  There are a range of shops, restaurants and pubs at Caernarfon which is 8 miles away.
