An excellently positioned Welsh cottage with a coastal aspect. Situated in Borth-y-Gest, Avondale is a lovely mid-terraced cottage. The property is suitable for up to 7 people and has 4 bedrooms: a single, a twin and two doubles with sea views (one with en-suite facilities), as well as a bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen with a breakfast area, a dining room with a sitting area and doors out to the garden and a separate sitting room with a gas fire. The enclosed rear garden is perfect for children and has a terraced lawn, decking and outdoor furniture. There is roadside parking. A path leads from the garden to the local beach, offering immediate seaside access. A short walk along the coast will take you to Pothmadog and a quick drive gets you to the famous Italianate village of Portmeirion. Avondale is a great seaside cottage for a holiday with family of friends.

This holiday cottage has efficient gas central heating. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, Freeview/DVD player, CD/radio. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking available. Enclosed rear garden with terraced lawn, decking and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 minutes' walk, bistro and beach 5 minutes' walks. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Borth-y-Gest, nestled by the water close to the Llyn Peninsula, is a quaint seaside village with tearoom and restaurant. The are many walks on offer from the village, and the Snowdonia National Park is just a short drive away. Visit Porthmadog, Anglesey, Black Rock Sands and Portmeirion.
