This cottage, formerly the home of Rupert Bear author and illustrator Alfred Edmeades Bestall, has two cosy bedrooms, a double, and a bunk bedroom with additional pull-out bed, as well as a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside, this cottage is surrounded by quiet woodland, and the garden enjoys woodland and mountain views. This quaint cottage is perfect for an enjoyable holiday.Electric storage heaters throughout, additional heating from electric stove in sitting room. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player, books/DVDs. Electricity included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Garden with patio to rear, grass & woodland all around, furniture, barbecue, mountain & woodland views. Small storage shed. One well behaved pet welcome.
