A Welsh country cottage in Snowdonia National Park. Located 3 miles from Bala in North Wales, Hirnant is an end terrace cottage situated on the owner’s farm. The property is ideal for a couple and has one double bedroom and a pleasant bathroom. The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen, an agreeable dining area and a cosy sitting area. The outdoor patio is provided with garden furniture and has fantastic mountain views. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The adjacent lake Llyn Tegid provides water sports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and white water rafting. There are also fine walking trails and cycle paths in the local area. Hirnant is a fabulous cottage for fans of outdoor pursuits.

Full oil central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in the outside laundry room, dishwasher. TV/DVD with Freeview. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Child friendly cottage, travel cot and highchair provided. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture and mountain views. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 2 miles. Shops in Bala 3 miles. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The busy market town of Bala sits within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is located at the head of Llyn Tegid, The famous lake at Bala, is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniaid, which is a relic of the Ice Age.
