A lovely Welsh country cottage in Snowdonia National Park. Located three miles from Bala in North Wales, Arenig is a semi detached ground floor country cottage situated on the owner’s farm. The property is suitable for up to 4 people and has 2 twin bedrooms as well as a wet room. The open-plan living accommodation includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outdoor space is provided by a patio supplied with garden furniture and possessing some fantastic mountain views. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Bala offers excellent water sports opportunities including windsurfing, rafting, canoeing and fishing, while the stunning local countryside also serves sedate walking and more rigorous hikes and mountain biking. Arenig is a fabulous cottage for fans of active pursuits.

Full oil central heating, hot water from solar panel heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV/DVD with Freeview. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture and spectacular mountain views. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 2 miles. Shops in Bala 3 miles. Please Note: This property may be suitable for the accompanied disabled. Bala in north Wales is a good cottage holiday destination for people who like the countryside and spending time outdoors walking, sailing, fishing, painting or taking photographs of the landscape and scenery. The busy market town of Bala sits within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is located at the head of Llyn Tegid, The famous lake at Bala, is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniaid, which is a relic of the Ice Age. Celebrated as a centre for many fantastic water sports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and white water rafting.
