Situated on the outskirts of the coastal village of Abersoch on the Lleyn Peninsula in North Wales, Maes Coch is a modern, detached cottage. The property is suitable for up to ten people, with five bedrooms (two doubles, two twins and one with bunk beds) and two family bathrooms. The cottage is also comprised of a fitted kitchen with a breakfast table, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage there is off-road parking for up to three cars and a large lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue - great for al fresco dining. Maes Coch is across the road from two neighbouring cottages all of which can be booked together, providing accommodation for up to nineteen people in one of the most sought after locations in North Wales

Part oil central heating plus wall mounted The cottage is heated using electric panel heaters with additional heating from log effect electric fire in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV, DVD. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. There is private parking space for 3 cars, boat, canoes etc. Large side and rear lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 10 - 15 minutes' walk. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The village of Abersoch is situated on the Lleyn Peninsula renowned for its outstanding scenery. The town is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are three main beaches to choose from - the long sandy Warren beach, small and sheltered Porth Bach and sandy Porth Ceriad with its high cliffs.
