A Welsh cottage that’s great for a stay with family or friends. Located in the small village of Babell near to Holywell in North Wales, Cerrig Llwydion is a charming detached cottage offering spacious "upside down" accommodation.

The cottage is suitable for up to 6 people and has one twin bedroom and two doubles (both with ensuites) and a family bathroom. The cottage contains a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire, all on the first floor so as to take advantage of the beautiful rural views.  The cottage also has more indoor space, with a large conservatory and a separate games and music room.  This country cottage is spacious enough to give every member of the family some personal space. The lawned garden is supplied with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, a raised decked area which is accessible from the first floor and a relaxing hot tub. Outside the cottage there is also off road parking for 4 cars and bicycle storage.

Cerrig Llwydian is a fabulous cottage that’s within easy reach of both the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park and the North Wales coast. With Chester, Llandudno and St. Winifred's Well all ready to be explored this is an ideal retreat for a relaxing family holiday in North Wales.

The well equipped kitchen has a double gas oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, larder refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher. In the lounge there are: 6 x TVs (3 with Freeview, 3 with Sky including Family package, Sky Sports and Sky Movies), DVD, WiFi. Games/music room with pool table, darts, guitar and organ. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Covered hot tub, please bring own towels for the hot hub. Stairgate. There is private parking space for 4 cars. Bike storage.

Large rear lawned garden with patio, summer house, pagoda, garden furniture, barbecue and chiminea. Large raised deck area with furniture accessible from the first floor of the cottage or 12 steps up from the garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub/restaurant 1 minutes' walk.

There are plenty of areas of outstanding natural beauty in north Wales. There are country parks and numerous paths and trails for walks.  The mountain range of Snowdonia creates a dramatic background to may landscapes, always welcome when taking photographs. The beaches of north Wales offer acres of golden sand, ideal for family summer seaside breaks.

Babell is a hamlet some three miles distant from Holywell near the Clwydian Hill Range and the North Wales Coast and fabulous beaches. Nearby are the towns of Mold, Denbigh and Ruthin with excellent shops, historic buildings and craft centres.

Recommended Places to Visit: Visiting Wales is a little like visiting a gigantic theme park - there are lots of attractions, beautiful and entertaining places to visit. It is possible to see much of north Wales from a comfortable cottage base. A day trip to Snowdonia or a particular town on the coast is possible. A drive to the Isle of Anglesey can be achieved during the space of a day but much better to make that your next holiday destination.
