The property can accommodate up to 12 people and has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities: a family room with a double and single bed, with a shower and WC, another family room with a double and single bed and a bath, shower over, basin and WC, a double bedroom with basin and WC, a double bedroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin bedroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is also plenty of space in the main living accommodation that includes a kitchen, a sitting room incorporating a dining area, a conservatory, a small room with a pool table, and a large hallway with an air hockey table. The enclosed rear garden has a patio area and lawn, and is provided with outdoor furniture, a BBQ as well as swings and a slide. There is off road parking for 5 cars. The beach, harbour and all the amenities of both Rhyl and Kinmel Bay are within easy reach. The entire stretch of the North Wales coastline is an easy drive away, and Snowdonia National Park offers more great landscape. Beach Bungalow is a wonderful year-round coastal retreat.
