The cottage sleeps 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: a king-size double and a twin bedroom as well as a stylish shower room on the ground floor. The property further includes a kitchen with a folding table, and a sitting room furnished with a gas fire. The enclosed garden has a patio and is supplied with outdoor furniture. There is roadside parking. The Snowdonia National Park and the Berwyn Mountain range rise up around the cottage and offer great walking and cycling trails. Nearby Bala has many opportunities for water sports. The beaches of the Cambrian Bay Coast are also within reach. 15 Berwyn Street is a great holiday home for a holiday with family or friends.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating, with underfloor heating downstairs, additional heating from gas fire. Electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, 32” colour TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Roadside parking. Enclosed rear garden with patio area and furniture. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 minutes' walk. Please Note: Un-railed stairs - children to be supervised. Please Note: Low head height in kitchen and low door height to twin room. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. The small village of Llandrillo is located between Snowdonia National Park and the Berwyn Mountain range and is home to a traditional pub. The busy market town of Bala is nearby, located at the head of Llyn Tegid. The famous lake at Bala is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniaid, which is a relic of the Ice Age. Bala is celebrated as a centre for many fantastic water sports including fishing, sailing, canoeing and windsurfing.
