Situated in the small North Wales village of Gwaenysgor near to Prestatyn, Bron-y-Bryn Cottage is a semi detached ground floor holiday cottage on the top of a hill with great coastal views. The property can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one king-sized double bedroom as well as a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The accommodation further consist of a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove, a games room, and a conservatory with sea views. There is a front patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Outside the cottage dedicated off road parking is available for two cars.
The superb hillside location near to the beach and coastal paths make this cottage great for wildlife watchers and walkers. The coastal path and inland trails lead away into more stunning landscape. A short drive takes you off into more of north Wales’s magnificent scenery.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Small, enclosed, rear patio garden. Open front patio with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 7 minutes' walk. Please Note: No Hen, stag or student groups. Please Note: Steps up to the front door, but flat access to rear porch. Please Note: There are internal stairs at this cottage leading to a private store room. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The village of Gwaenysgor sits in the North Wales countryside, within the Clwydian Hill Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village itself has a pub and is ideally placed for joining the Offa's Dyke National Trail.
