Bron Berllan Uchaf is a wonderful detached cottage set on the edge of the village of Dyserth, three miles from Prestatyn in North Wales. This all ground floor cottage sleeps twelve people and has five bedrooms consisting of two family rooms, two doubles and one twin, as well as a bathroom with corner spa bath and another family bathroom. The cottage also has two fitted kitchens with dining area, a utility, a sitting room with open fire and a second sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for 8 cars and front lawns, enclosed side and rear patios and a large side lawn with furniture and BBQ. Bron Berllan Uchaf is ideal for family groups and friends who wish to holiday together in this lovely area of Wales.

Oil central heating with additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room and woodburning stove in second sitting room. 2 x The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2nd refrigerator, washing machine in utility, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, Nintendo Wii, WiFi Internet, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for open fire and woodburning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 8 cars. Front lawns, enclosed side and rear patios and large side lawn with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: The front lawn has a steep, unfenced drop. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The village of Dyserth is set 3 miles from the seaside town of Prestatyn in North Wales. This village has a ancient castle ruins, a waterfall, tea rooms and a church. There is easy access to walking routes and Prestatyn has a Blue Flag beach. Other places nearby include Llandudno, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Chester.
