A Welsh country cottage that’s ideal for couples or a young family. Located close to Denbigh in North Wales, Bwthyn Bryn Llwyn is a detached, single storey stone built cottage, situated next to the owner’s home. The property is suitable for up to 3 people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The cottage has an open-plan living space with a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area with a futon bed. A shared patio and gardens are supplied with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, great for al fresco dining. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Several walks and bike trails pass through the local area. The hilltop town of Ruthin and Denbigh, with its medieval castle are both close by. The fantastic beaches of the North Wales coast are just a short drive away. Bwthyn Bryn Llwyn is perfect for a romantic break away.

LPG central heating, with supplemental heating from an electric fire in sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, library of books and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private patio with furniture and barbecue, shared use of owner’s gardens. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Please Note: The futon bed is only suitable for children up to 16 years. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The town of Denbigh in North Wales has remains of a castle, a number of shops, pubs and boasts many festivals. There are many places close by including seaside resorts, walking and cycle routes, plus further field the Lleyn Peninsula, Isle of Anglesey and the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park are all well worth visiting and exploring.
