Glan-y-Porth is a 200 year old traditional end-terraced cottage on the outskirts of Ysbyty Ifan, near the popular Conwy village of Betws-y-Coed. There is a double room, and a single with an additional pull-out bed allowing the property to sleep 4 people. The bathroom includes a bath, with a shower over, a basin and WC. On the ground floor is a fitted kitchen with an adjoining dining area, and a sitting room with electric stove. Dog friendly, check details for terms related to pets. Outside, there is designated off-road parking for one car, and additional parking to the front for a second. An enclosed outdoor patio area is furnished for seating and a fine place to relax. With the delights of Snowdonia on the doorstep, walkers and nature lovers will adore Glan-y-Porth which is a fantastic base for exploring the area at any time of year.

The cottage is heated using oil fired central heating, electric stove in living room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Sky, DVD, books/DVDs. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for one car, with further parking for one car to front. Enclosed patio with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome at no charge, £20 pw charge for second dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 5 miles. Pub/restaurant 2 miles. Please Note: Children 10 and over only due to small unfenced fishpond and open tread stairs. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

A small village just 6 miles from Betws-y-Coed, Ysbyty Ifan lies within the Snowdonia National Park. It is a 'National Trust' village, and was birthplace of Abraham Lincoln's great grandmother. The countryside around the village is teeming with wildlife including red kites. The popular walker's destination of Betws-y-Coed is close by, with a variety of shops, pubs and eateries, while all around is the glorious National Park.
