A great Welsh cottage for a family holiday in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located on the edge of the village of Llannefydd, just eight miles from Abergele on the North Wales coast, Bryn Uchaf is a stone built, detached modernised farmhouse. The property sleeps up to 8 people and has four bedrooms (two doubles - one with an ensuite, one single and a family room) as well as a family bathroom. This country cottage is spacious enough to give every member of the family some personal space. The cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a spacious conservatory offering plenty of room to relax. An enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue provides more room to spread out and enjoy the magnificent scenery. There is ample off road parking. Nestled between the walking country of the Welsh hills and the beaches of Rhyl and Prestatyn, with Snowdonia National Park also on hand, Bryn Uchaf provides access to a wealth of holiday activities.

Oil central heating with ground floor underfloor heating and first floor radiators, additional heating from a woodburner in the sitting room. Electric range oven, LPG gas hob, microwave, 2 x fridges, dishwasher. Large freezer, washing machine and spin dryer in utility. 2 x TVs (1 with Freeview), 2 x DVDs, CD/radio, selection of books and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Ample off road parking. Large courtyard to front, enclosed rear garden with decked area, patio and large lawn with vegetable patch, furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub/restaurant 1 mile. Shops 4 miles. Llanefydd is a hamlet in a fairly remote rural location in Conwy, north Wales. Within 500 metres or so are two reservoirs, Plas Uchaf and Dolwen where there is an opportunity for fishing. There are plenty of peaceful countrylanes where families can rise their bicycles and enjoy the views at their leisure.

The village of Llannefydd is located between the historic town of St Asaph and Abergele with its fabulous sandy beaches. The seaside town of Abergele stands on the North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the Vale of Clwyd and the Conwy Valley.
