A secluded Welsh cottage in a rural setting, surrounded by two acres of the owner's fields.
Situated on a hillside near the village of small farming Eglwysbach in the Conwy Valley, Tyn Celyn is a lovely semi-detached barn conversion with wonderful country views. The property can accommodate up to 8 people and has four bedrooms: a double, a twin, a family room and a single - making it ideal for family, friends or couples.  The bedrooms are serves by a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC, plus a wet room with shower, basin and WC.  The welcoming open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and an inviting sitting area with a woodburning stove. There is also a separate utility room. Outside the property there’s a large patio, a lawned garden giving access to owners fields, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. A private elevated deck has outstanding countryside views.  There is off-road parking for two cars and space for a boat or horse box. The property offers easy access to the beaches of Anglesey and North Wales, as well as the mountains of Snowdonia National Park, making Tyn Celyn a superb year-round base.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair on request. There is private parking space for 5 cars and boat/horse box. Large patio with decking, lawned garden, access to owners fields, furniture and barbecue. Horse stabling/grazing by arrangement. Dog kennelling by arrangement - dogs are not permitted in the cottage. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Please Note: Decking is elevated, and there is an unfenced duck pond in one field, so children should be supervised. Please Note: If a party of 5 or fewer book the cottage and take advantage of the Small Party Reduction, the family bedroom and the wet room will not be available. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Eglwysbach is a small village in the Conwy Valley, surrounded by beautiful countryside bursting with good walks, and home to the National Trust's Bodnant Gardens.
