All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. There is private parking space for one car, additional street parking nearby. Rear courtyard garden with furniture, barbecue and water feature. Two adult bikes available by arrangement with owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants, 2 minutes' walk. Please Note: Baby and toddler sitting available by arrangement.
