Maes-y-Ffynnon is a pretty detached country cottage located by a quiet bridle path, 3 miles from the village of Cenarth. There are 4 bedrooms and the cottage sleeps up to 9 people. Charming features at this cottage include original wooden floor beams and the property has been lovingly restored throughout.
The accommodation comprises a lounge with cosy woodburner & dining area, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms, family bathroom and shower room. The cottage has an attractive country cottage garden with apple trees, a herb and vegetable patch, lawned area and decking. A bbq is available for enjoying al fresco dining in summer time. Also in the garden is the outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a days sightseeing. Outside there is private parking for four cars.
Whether for a family self catering break or holiday with friends, this cottage offers comfortable self catering accommodation in South Wales. Attractions nearby include good walks and cycle routes Boat trips, beaches and the South Wales coast are just an easy car drive away.

TV with Freeview is available at the cottage. A woodburner starter pack will be provided. Cenarth is a pretty village on the River Teifi in Wales. An old stone bridge with circular windows straddles the river which meanders gracefully through the countryside. The river is home to swans and ducks, always a pleasure for children to feed on holiday. There are several waterfalls to admire and photograph as the river makes it way to the sea and Cardigan Bay. This is a salmon river and although not as abundant as they once were, salmon make their way up river to spawn.

Cenarth is a village situated on the River Teifi, where you can visit the Coracle Museum, tea rooms, gift shops and pubs. New Quay is close by where you can book a boat trip in order to view dolphins. There is plenty to do in this part of Wales.
