Maes-y-Ffynnon is a pretty detached country cottage located by a quiet bridle path, 3 miles from the village of Cenarth. There are 4 bedrooms and the cottage sleeps up to 9 people. Charming features at this cottage include original wooden floor beams and the property has been lovingly restored throughout.
The accommodation comprises a lounge with cosy woodburner & dining area, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms, family bathroom and shower room. The cottage has an attractive country cottage garden with apple trees, a herb and vegetable patch, lawned area and decking. A bbq is available for enjoying al fresco dining in summer time. Also in the garden is the outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a days sightseeing. Outside there is private parking for four cars.

TV with Freeview is available at the cottage. A woodburner starter pack will be provided. Cenarth is a pretty village on the River Teifi in Wales. An old stone bridge with circular windows straddles the river which meanders gracefully through the countryside. The river is home to swans and ducks, always a pleasure for children to feed on holiday. There are several waterfalls to admire and photograph as the river makes it way to the sea and Cardigan Bay.
