Situated in an elevated position within the small rural hamlet of Llechcynfarwy on the island of Anglesey, The Mount is an extensive detached cottage converted from an old farmhouse and smithy. The property can accommodate up to 15 people and has four bedrooms consisting of: one family bedroom with twin beds and adult bunks, one family room with a single bed and adults bunks, one ground floor family room with twin beds and adult bunks, a ground floor double bedroom with a folding bed and en-suite shower room, and a sofa bed in one of the sitting rooms.  The rooms are also serviced by two ground floor family shower rooms and a family bathroom.  The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen incorporating a breakfast island and dining area, an additional kitchenette, a sitting room with table tennis table and a woodburning stove, a second sitting room furnished with an open fire, a utility room and a large conservatory.  This country cottage is spacious enough to give every member of the family some personal space. Outside the cottage there is a large garden including lawned areas, an enclosed patio furnished with table chairs and a bbq, a summer house with a covered hot tub, badminton net, a Wendy house, and shed storage. This cottage with a large garden is likely to appeal to family groups. Two well behaved pets are welcome at the property. Anglesey offers many leisure opportunities from coast walks, wildlife watching and watersports to fishing, golf and beachcombing. A short hop across the Menai Straits provides access to Snowdonia National Park and the Lleyn Peninsula. The Mount is ideal for groups of friends or families all year round.

In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, gas oven in second kitchen, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, additional fridge/freezer in utility, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, video, CD/radio, WiFi Internet, telephone for incoming and emergency calls only. Fuel and power charged via meter reading (will be deducted from Good Housekeeping Bond at end of stay). Starter packs of fuel for woodburning stove and open fire included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Summer house with hot tub (seats 6). Highchair and stairgate. There is private parking space for 8 cars. Shed for bike storage.
