A delightful Welsh country cottage. Y Fron is a detached cottage in Newborough on the Isle of Anglesey, positioned Ten minutes' walk from the beach and close to the village amenities. The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms: a king-size double room, a twin room and a bunk bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The living space includes a kitchen, a sitting room with an open fire and a dining room. The cottage has lawned areas to the front and rear, provided with furniture and a BBQ, which are a great place to enjoy the lovely views towards the Menai Straits and the mountains of Snowdonia National Park. There is off road parking for up to 3 cars. The cottage is near to Newborough forest, which has several walking tracks and cycling trails, the sandy beaches of Anglesey are also easily reached. Y Fron makes a great family base for a holiday in North Wales.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Front and rear enclosed lawns with garden furniture and barbecue. Storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shops 2 minutes' walk. Beach 1 mile. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Newborough on Anglesey occupies a good position on the edge of forest and dunes, on the south west corner of Anglesey. Newborough has a shop and a pub, and is close to Llanddwyn Bay, with its famously fine beach. There is a protected Nature Reserve to the back of the beach, home to a whole host of wildlife. The rest of Anglesey’s attractions, including the Sea Zoo, model village and more, are within easy reach, as are the mountains of Snowdonia and the coast and castles of the Lleyn Peninsula.
