Located in the seaside village of Moelfre on the Isle of Anglesey, Seibiant is a detached cottage in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is suitable for four people and contains one double bedroom, one twin room, and a family shower room. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area, a sitting room and a sun room. A secluded and well-maintained south facing rear garden has a decked area and is supplied with furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking for 3 cats, and a garage suitable for the storage of bikes, canoes, wetsuits etc. Seibiant is just a one minute walk from the harbour and near to some wonderful sandy beaches. It’s also a great base for exploring the island’s rugged coastline and inland countryside. A short drive across the Menai Straits can open up the the beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula and the mountains of Snowdonia National Park. It’s a wonderful family holiday cottage in North Wales.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in garage, dishwasher. TV, video/DVD, CD/radio, payphone, library of books and DVDs. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 3 cars. Garage for bikes, canoes, wetsuits etc. Front lawned garden, rear lawned garden with decking, furniture and barbecue. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 minutes' walk. Please Note: This property is not suitable for wheelchairs. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Moelfre is a village with a port, a beach and views of Snowdonia. It contains a working lifeboat and two pubs/restaurants. There are beaches nearby at Benllech, Lligwy and Red Wharf Bay.
