A beautiful North Wales setting for your family holiday by the sea. Situated on the edge of the village of Llanfwrog, Maes Gwyddau is a single storey cottage in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Isle of Anglesey. Its only 4 minutes walk from the lovely beaches of Penrhyn Bay and close to the town of Holyhead. This cottage is suitable for six people and boasts two double bedrooms and one with bunk beds, as well as a family bathroom. The accommodation also comprises of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an inviting open fire. Outside the cottage there is a lawned garden with a patio area, outdoor furniture and a bbq as well as off-road parking for up to three cars. Sitting just 400 metres from the coast and less than two miles from Sandy Beach, Maes Gwyddau is a fantastic cottage for a wonderful seaside holiday.

Full LPG central heating, additional heating from open fire in the living room. In the kitchen there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, 42" LCD 1080p flat screen TV, DVD. All fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair available. There is private parking space for 3 cars, boats, canoes etc. Lawned garden with slate patio area, garden furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.25 miles. Nearest beach 4 minutes' walk. Beautiful Sandy Beach 1.5 miles. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Llanfwrog is a few minute's walk from Penrhyn Bay on the north-west coastline of Anglesey. Within two miles is Sandy Beach which is a mile-long beach, ideal for bathing, windsurfing, surfing, sea canoeing and sailing, and between Easter and the end of October it has a shop, café and bistro open to the public. Wales' only working windmill is within easy reach, while the surrounding countryside and coastline provide excellent fishing, bird watching, scenic walks along the Coastal Path, biking and climbing.
