A Welsh country cottage close to the stunning Anglesey coastline. Located in the rural village of Llaneilian, two miles from the town of Amlwch on Anglesey, Aber Eilian Bach is a charming detached cottage. The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has three bedrooms: one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and one adult bunk bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen with a breakfast table, a utility room, a dining room with patio doors to the outside and a cosy sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. There is an Enclosed lawned garden with a patio area supplied with garden furniture and a private, unheated outdoor swimming pool. A converted garage houses a gym and games room, so there’s plenty of room for the family to spread out. Off road parking is provided for up to five cars, and there is bicycle storage. Aber Eilian Bach is perfect for groups of friends or families who wish to discover Anglesey and north Wales.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout this country cottage with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, dishwasher, 42” colour TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove included in the rent. Extra fuel for the multi-fuel stove can be purchased from owner. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels included in the rent. Private, unheated outdoor swimming pool (32' x 15' and 3' - 9' depth) with sun loungers available all year round. Separate, private gym and games room. Travel cot and highchair available on request. There is private parking space for 5 cars and watercraft. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with garden furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Please Note: Swimming pool is not fenced so children must be supervised at all times. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

The rural village of Llaneilian is set on the Isle of Anglesey and is close to walking and cycling routes. The village is best known for its lighthouse and sandy beach. The town of Amlwch is two miles away and boasts pubs, shops and restaurants, plus within driving distance is the town of Beaumaris and the Snowdonia National Park.
