Located in the rural village of Llaneilian, two miles from the town of Amlwch on Anglesey, Aber Eilian Bach is a charming detached cottage. The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has three bedrooms: one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom and one adult bunk bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen with a breakfast table, a utility room, a dining room with patio doors to the outside and a cosy sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. There is an Enclosed lawned garden with a patio area supplied with garden furniture and a private, unheated outdoor swimming pool. A converted garage houses a gym and games room, so there’s plenty of room for the family to spread out. Off road parking is provided for up to five cars, and there is bicycle storage. The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout this country cottage with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, dishwasher, 42” colour TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove included in the rent. Extra fuel for the multi-fuel stove can be purchased from owner. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels included in the rent. Private, unheated outdoor swimming pool (32' x 15' and 3' - 9' depth) with sun loungers available all year round. Separate, private gym and games room. Travel cot and highchair available on request.
