A good quality cottage for a self catering holiday in Wales. Located close to the village of Dwyran, four miles from the Newborough Forest on the Isle of Anglesey, Tal Poncau Bach is a semi-detached cottage, one of three properties situated in a rural setting. The single storey cottage can comfortably sleep up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one super king size double (zip-link) as well as a family bathroom. The cottage is further comprised of an open-plan living area incorporating a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. There is an enclosed lawn and patio area with garden furniture, plus a shared lawn with BBQ. There is also a shared off road parking area. Tal Poncau Bach is an ideal cottage for a romantic retreat or for a family holiday home in a wonderful setting.

Full oil central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, slimline dishwasher, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio with iPod dock, small selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair by prior arrangement. Shared off road parking area. Enclosed lawn and patio area with garden furniture and barbecue plus shared lawn. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Beach 4 miles.
The Isle of Anglesey is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in north Wales. A bridge takes cars over the Menai Straits and into Anglesey. As a small island, Anglesey offers a pretty rural interior and nature reserves around the coast. The beaches and small sheltered coves wait to be explored and offer family fun for all ages.

The small village of Dwyran is close to the larger village of Newborough and is situated on the edge of forests and dunes within the southwest corner of Anglesey. Llanddwyn Bay is close by and has some excellent beaches, which are perfect for swimming, canoeing, birdwatching and beachcombing. The 1500 acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren is behind the beach and is home to skylarks, meadow pipits, oyster catchers, toads and lizards. There are many places of interest close by including, Anglesey Model Village, Anglesey Sea Zoo, Beaumaris Castle and many golf courses. This part of Anglesey is a wonderful base at any time of year.
