A wonderful Welsh cottage getaway close to the stunning northern coastline. Located in a rural situation close to Benllech on the magical island of Anglesey, Plas Pwll Melyn is a detached, Georgian-style farmhouse. The property can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort and has five bedrooms: one ground floor twin, two further twin bedrooms (one accessed via stairs in kitchen), one double bedroom and one king-size double bedroom (with an en-suite shower room) as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The cottage also includes a well-appointed kitchen with a dining table, a utility room, a large dining room with a wood burner, a sitting room also with a wood burning stove and a first floor wood panelled sitting room offering views over the garden. The spacious enclosed, private, lawned garden with a patio area, supplied with outdoor furniture & a BBQ. Guests also benefit from use of 3.5 acres of the owners’ land, which includes a fenced wildlife pond. Two dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay by prior arrangement. There is secure off road parking for ten cars. Benllech’s stunning sandy beach is a short distance away, and the island is full of walking tracks including the famed coastal path. A short drive will take you on the historic castles of Beaumaris and Caernarfon, or into the Snowdonia National Park. Plas Pwll Melyn is ideal for families and groups of friends who would like to discover Anglesey and North Wales.

Electric double oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher in utility, 32” colour TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD/radio, broadband, books. Fuel, power & fuel for woodburners included in the rent. Bed linen & towels included in the rent. Two Z beds available. Travel cot, highchair & stairgate. Secure off-road parking for 10 cars (or boats). Enclosed, private, lawned garden with patio, furniture & barbecue. Use of 3.5 acres of owners’ land with fenced wildlife pond. Two dogs welcome by arrangement. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 5 minutes' walk, shop 2 miles. Please Note: Max 10 people. The town of Benllech lies on the western edge of Red Wharf Bay. The bay encloses a deep sandy beach which is perfect for summer seaside holidays. The Isla of Anglesey is a lovely cottage holiday destination for family self-catering breaks, it offers country walks, woodland walks in Pentraeth Forest, nature reserves and places to visit that everyone can afford.
