A Welsh cottage in a stunning location with views to Parys Mountain. Located in the fishing village of Amlwch on the north coast of Anglesey, Llwyndy is a spacious semi-detached property spread over three floors. This large house can sleep up to 8 people and has four bedrooms: a set of bunk beds and two doubles on the first floor, and a double room with sloping ceilings on the second floor. These rooms are served by a bathroom with bath, shower over and basin on the first floor, along with a separate WC on the same floor, and a cloakroom with WC on the ground floor. The living accommodation includes a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a study area, a sitting room with an open fire, a reading room with an open fire and a second floor snug. This country cottage is spacious enough to give every member of the family some personal space and offers great flexibility. One well behaved dog is welcome at the property. Outside, there is a rear patio and lawned front and rear gardens with a tree house, furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking for 4 cars and a boat and a garage suitable for bicycle storage. The Anglesey coastal path and numerous sandy beaches are nearby, so Llwyndy is a great seaside family base. There’s a renowned golf course a short distance away and Amlwch’s shops, restaurants and pubs are only 5 minutes’ walk.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating, open fires in sitting room and reading room. In the kitchen there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 42" TV with Freeview, DVD. TV with Freeview in snug, selection of children’s games, books, DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fires included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 4 cars and a boat. Garage for bike storage. Rear patio, lawned front and rear gardens with tree house, furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 minutes' walk. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Amlwch is a small seaside village on the Isle of Anglesey. Amlwch has amenities including shops and pubs, and facilities on offer in the area include sea fishing, or golf at the nearby Bull Bay Golf Club. The Anglesey Coastal Path runs nearby, and there are a variety of good sandy beaches dotted around the coast of the island.
