All around is the stunning scenery of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Parks.  Discover beautiful lochs like Loch Ard, Loch Venachar and others nearby and enjoy outdoor activities like walking, cycling and wildlife watching.  In the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park you can enjoy hikes  in the Trossach Hills and visit world famous Loch Lomond where you can marvel at some absolutely stunning scenery.  If you want a change of scene, the vibrant city of Glasgow with its shops, restaurants and cool bars is within an hour's drive, as is the small city of Stirling with its impressive historical castle and old town which sits on high and offers superb views over the Stirlingshire countryside.
