Rossie Ochil House is a beautiful building dating back to the 17th century but now fully modernised to provide a really comfortable, secluded self catering holiday house. Annexe available to accommodate up to 18 people.

Surrounded by beautiful lawns and woodlands the house offers great privacy and wonderful walks across the estate and yet is only 20 minutes from the lovely city of Perth.

The house itself gives spacious, flexible and attractive accommodation with 6 bedrooms, 5 ensuite, and plenty of public areas with its two lounges, large dining room and a fitted kitchen with Aga.

Nature lovers will be pleased to know that red squirrels, Roe deer, and hares can be spotted in the grounds. Tawny owls, woodpeckers and buzzards are permanent residents in the woods.

Perthshire is simply beautiful. It has all the factors that contribute to a wonderful holiday such as superb scenery, numerous places to eat out serving good food, castles, fish ladder at Pitlochry where the salmon go uphill to spawn, lochs, towns and cities to visit. It's paradise for golfers with over 30 golf courses within easy driving distance including St. Andrews and Gleneagles. A trip to the city of Edinburgh is possible for a day trip. For a walk on the wild side head for the hills and forests. Hunting, shooting and fishing can be arranged.
