Perthshire is a stunning part of inland Scotland. Hills surround calm lochs where you can find boating, fishing or sailing. It's a wonderful part of Britain for hill walking and outdoor pursuits.

Nature lovers will be pleased to know that red squirrels, Roe deer, and hares can be spotted in the grounds. Tawny owls, woodpeckers and buzzards are permanent residents in the woods.

Perthshire is simply beautiful. It has all the factors that contribute to a wonderful holiday such as superb scenery, numerous places to eat out serving good food, castles, fish ladder at Pitlochry where the salmon go uphill to spawn, lochs, towns and cities to visit. It's paradise for golfers with over 30 golf courses within easy driving distance including St. Andrews and Gleneagles. A trip to the city of Edinburgh is possible for a day trip. For a walk on the wild side head for the hills and forests. Hunting, shooting and fishing can be arranged.
