Milton Villa is the perfect place to escape to – a haven in the heart of beautiful Perthshire. A very comfortable lounge, leads to a large, modern, fully fitted, integrated dining kitchen, with breakfasting bar and an 8 person dining table. There are three bedrooms, the ground floor master (ensuite) room has a super king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds with an extra two single beds available. In addition to the ensuite bathroom/wetroom there is a separate wc and an additional wetroom on the first floor.

The relaxing patio and barbecue area leads to lovely, well maintained garden grounds and the property is opposite an enchanting stream and next to lovely country walks.

All gas and electricity is included in the price. Bed linen and towels provided. Highchair and travel cot available on request.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

There is private parking for 2/3 cars within grounds – additional street parking is also available.

The accommodation does not allow pets due to an allergy of a family member.

The accommodation is non-smoking.  Flowers, deluxe welcome packs/hampers are available at an additional cost.

Auchterarder is a pretty village that is probably best known due to its proximity to Gleneagles. The town is an ideal base in the heart of Scotland for walking, cycling, fishing and golf. There are 50 golf courses within a short drive including the world famous courses at Gleneagles which is just one and a half miles away. Auchterarder itself is often known as the 'Lang Toun' because it stretches out along the line of a single main road that descends from west to east, offering wide views and much more of a sense of the surrounding countryside to the east that you’d normally find in such an urban setting. Auchterarder village has an excellent selection of shops, bars and eateries to offer and Perth itself is only a 15 minute drive away with an abundant selection of shops and eateries, leisure facilities, a cinema and a theatre.
